Our Courses

Quality PC Training offers courses in two modalities: In-Person (IP) at our state of the art training facility or Virtual (V) which is our remote learning through Microsoft Teams.

Our courses are offered in half-day formats (3 hours of training), by level. We know how difficult it can be to have your staff out for a whole day of training. Half-day sessions ensure that your employees will get exactly what they need, at the right pace, without needing an entire day out of the office.

Of course, if desired, students can attend both the morning and afternoon sessions on the same day or even a different day to get multiple levels of learning. Be sure to check the outline to see what is covered in each level.

QPCT’s class scheduling policy is as follows:

  • A minimum of three (3) participants (seats) required to run a class.

  • Booking three (3) participants (seats) for the same class guarantees it will run.

  • Booking four (4) or more participants (seats) for the same class may allow a group discount.

  • Single seats may be available, please reach out for availability.

  • Classes may be rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not reached.

Click on the + to view a course outline to see topics covered. When you are ready to book, click the “Book a Class” button. If you have a custom course request, or do not see what you are looking for, please contact us to discuss specifics. We are happy to meet your training needs and welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
