Our instructors have taught in a variety of settings and industries. Our combined teaching experience means that you will be receiving the highest level of hands-on computer training, using a variety of tested and proven techniques and tailored to the needs of the adult learner.

Each class begins by determining students' experience and class expectations. Questions and student interaction are encouraged! Our patient instructors firmly believe "there is no such thing as a dumb question".

Classes stress relevant features and students learn with a hands-on approach, the most effective method of adult learning. Reference materials are provided.

Meet the Team

Michelle Unger
Owner/Lead Instructor

Michelle has over 25 years teaching computer skills to individuals of all ages, including 12 years as a School Library Media Specialist for grades K-8. Her teaching style is to patiently guide participants by setting and achieving attainable goals using a gradual release method. She will adapt her teaching style in order to engage participants and make the material as interesting as possible. She also likes to use group exercises, colorful PowerPoint slides and even videos where possible to facilitate learning.

Rosanne Steinmetz
Previous Owner/Current Instructor

Rosanne has over 25 years teaching computer skills to adult learners and was the previous owner of Quality PC Training. Her teaching style is to continually involve participants in the learning process, provide a supportive, welcoming environment, and ensure all participants learn valuable skills. Rosanne emphasizes the importance of relevant features in her teaching, ensuring students engage in a hands-on approach which is widely recognized as the most effective method for adult learning.
